How to book

Once you have selected the house that matches your preferences please give us a call to the phone numbers: (+34) 958781515, (+34) 958205445 or to the cell phone number (+34) 690366051. You can also send us an e-mail (info@alojamientoruralelvalle.com) or simplyfill our web questionnaire clicking on the square called "Reservas On-Line", that you will find at the foot of this page. From then on, we will answer you the sooner as possible.

Then, if the house you ask us for is available on the dates you have chosen, we will send you our bank account number in which you have to make a transfer (from 30% to 50% of the total price).

From this moment the house is pre-booked for 48 hours approx. but you must send us a copy of the transfer receipt with your complete name and ID number, by fax (+34 958 781910) or e-mail (info@alojamientoruralelvalle.com). Once we have received it, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

When arriving you must pay to the proprietary or the person in charge:

• The remaining price (70%-50% of it).
• Plus 120 euros as a deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay, if the house or the household equipment have not been damaged.

Booking Conditions

This reservation is based on the goodwill of both sides since we want to recover the old custom of accepting each other?s word as a way of contract.

From Rural Accommodation El Valle's part, we do not want to impose rules, but we wish to make our best for your stay to be as pleasant as possible.

So, from our future guests part, we hope you to follow some simple guidelines and norms that we consider as accepted by you when you book one of our houses:

• Check-in time: from 4.30 pm. to 10.00 pm. Please inform us if you are going to arrive earlier or after this time.
• Check-out time: until 12.00 am. Please inform us if you have to leave the house later.
• Non-registered people are not allowed to stay in the accommodation. If you have visitors during your stay, please inform the staff.
• Pets are not allowed inside the area for hygienic and security reasons.

Bookink cancellations. If you need to cancel your booking for some reason, you must know that:

• Before 30 days left to arrive: we will pay you back the 100 % of the amount that you have already paid.
• After 30 days left to arrive: we will pay you back the 50 % of the amount that you have already paid.
• After 15 days left to arrive: we do not pay back any amount already paid.

In case that the house will be booked by other client, for the dates that are cancelled, we will pay back all the amount already paid.
