It is a restored house in two floors, built in the 19th century.
Location
The farmhouse "El Nogal" is located in the Lecrín Valley, less than two km from Dúrcal village. This is a fertile area among fruit trees with a lovely weather both in winter and in summertime.

It consists of
Two bedrooms with master beds, one bedroom with two single beds of 90 X 200 cm., living room with fireplace and sofa-bed, two bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and private terraces.

Description
Heating by means of electric heat accumulators. It includes all the equipment needed depending on the occupation: bed and bath linen, hairdryer and iron with board, TV set, satellite TV, WIFI connection to the Internet. Kitchen equipped with: crockery and cutlery, dish-washer, table linen, refrigerator, gas or electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, mixer, electric squeezer and bread toaster.

Although "El Nogal" is located beside the group of houses formed by "El Laurel", "El Limonero" and "El Pino Azul", it does not share facilities with them. The house's facilities are: garage, swimming pool (3x4 m), barbecue, laundry with washing machine and clothesline.
