Location
The farmhouse "El Laurel" is located in the Lecrín Valley, less than two km from Dúrcal village. This is a fertile area among fruit trees with lovely weather both in winter and in summertime.

It consists of
Two bedrooms with master beds of 150 X 200 cm., one bedroom with two single beds of 90 X 200 cm. each one, living room with fireplace, two bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and terrace.

Description
It offers heating by means of electric heat accumulators, iron with board, hairdryer, TV set, satellite TV, WIFI connection to the Internet. It includes all the equipment needed such as: bed linen (sheets, blankets,...) and towels, depending on the occupation. Kitchen equipped: crockery and cutlery, table linen, refrigerator, electric and gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, food mixer, juice squeezer.

Shared facilities: parking, swimming pool (4x10 m), barbecue, a room with washing machine and clothesline, and terraces with wonderful views.
